This track in particular is from the first Windows Touhou, called "Embodiment of the Scarlet Devil"- which in my opinion has the best overall soundtrack of all Windows games.

heard this music in the background of an artwork video. in the description all i learnt about this song was that it was called 'septette for the dead queen' (according to the description, but now i know its princess)

try out IamP (Immaterial and Missing Power, Touhou 7,5) SWR(Scarlet Weather Rhapsody Touhou 10.5) and UNL (Unthinkable nature law Touhou 12.3)

they are the beat em ups and there you can even fight against others vie network gadgets like Hamachi, i always look for some worthy opponents^^
