I agree with what you're saying, except for one thing; the quality of music is never ambiguous.How ENJOYABLE a piece of music is is left up to the opinion of the listener, but the important thing is that not EVERYTHING YOU, or I or ANYONE listens to is good; no-one has infallible taste, and it's pretty silly when people pretend they do. So while Blink 182, for example, weren't as godly as some fan girls would have you believe, their music was still generally a lot of fun and enjoyed by many.

The best album to start with is really their first one, Don't Fall In Love With Everyone You See. It has so many good tracks on it, the epic Westfall, Lady Liberty, Dead Dog Song, Kansas City and even the self titled track.I have listened to them all and find this one their best album.
