I've found this machine to be harder than free weight bench. I can bench 3 plates easily but can barely do a plate and a quarter on this crazy machine!
how does this compare to a regular bench press? because i have found this easier on heavy weight. does this machine help with benching? anybody? cause i decided to check it out today in my lift and i think i broke 260. im 5'8, 150lbs, and 16. am i doing something wrong?

pretty funny coming from someone that for one has no idea what set that was in the workout and for 2, you have no VIDEOS whatsoever to show your supreme strength so I would have to ask you to first show what you got or shut your fuckin' mouth.

Because it is a fixed movement but each arm is independent with a tighter range of motion it is supposed to mimic a 45lbs bar. Unless you are like me and rarely use straight bar bench. I use dumbells 95% of the time. Most individuals that bench 300+ can't use 150lbs dumbells because they are not used to using independent arms and stabilizers. So this exercise for them would feel like 315. Any more questions?

How is it the equivalent of 315? 3 plates a side (WITH bar) equals 315, this is like 270+initial weight (~7 pounds?) so 277 lbs?
