I would suggest a PHILIPS SON AGRO 430 Watt HPS Lamp, your plants look long and leggy. Most likely lacking in the needed blue light spectrum, which the 400w hps is lacking. the 430w son agro was made for the blue spectrum which in the flowering period is vital. This bulb will fit in place of the 400w with your ballast.

thanx folks thanx kalisto, lemon skunk was easy to clone it took 12/17 days to root with my uv 60 watts vegging room and all rooted fine, my experience says stretch is because of not having veg period and direct flowering them, soon you will see same generation of plants with 8 weeks of vegging time and different looking.
