@suicidessilenceify, turmoil boosts your stats depending on how high your enemys stats are, but it wont go to high cuz if u were to use it with no restrictions on lets say the corporal beast you would WAY TO POWERFUL.

i had a level 109 with 25 def 99 summ 99 prayer etc etc as my target today. he had turmoil so i assume 25 is but it could be lower im not sure.

The Turmoil gives less then piety when u turn it on, after 1-2 hits on ur enemy it gives the extra boost. so rushers wont really have it easier i think
