Besides, Brazil has an excellent musical history with their flamboyant, jungle style of making it. Entire genres came off it, samba, bossanova, man i wouldnt even been surprised if flamengo came from it.

that's the funny thing...it;s not "low production value" exactly. that's what the band sounds like. with all the digital gadgets and special defects so many of todays bands bury themselves under the BIG production. when they'd be better served just recording with a couple of mikes in a basement.
they do have a 'darker' sound,but it's only cause of the shitty production o the vocals.other than that this band kicks ass and they are pure thrashers man!
