Only about two of these maneuvers are actually considered to be deadly. The Muscle Buster is surprisingly safe. BME, with a little practice, can be done very safely. And Hero's Welcome just plain isn't that deadly.

Owen Hart did a REVERSE piledriver on Austin. Not even close to the tombstone piledriver. Fail on your part. Plus the tombstone don't hurt, the head never hits the ground. It's a lot safer than a reverse piledriver which is what Owen did and fucked up.
