I don't really care for Bullseye too much. He's only a worthwhile target for me if I just happen to be nearby. It's not worth the trouble to try moving in on him. The money you can get is definitely a big reward though, so I'll be able to spend madly afterward.

They changed it to just dropping bacon, instead of getting all gold endorsements from bullseye easily, they just changed it to rarely getting an item that increases all your endorsements to level 3.
