As I am a beginner , could you explain how it is, you can mix ground bait the night before when we are told to use the water from the venue we are fishing? This is an honest question and I am not trying to score points! I hope to gain from your expertise.
To use the lake water from the venue you are fishing you can bottle it as you leave and take it home with you for preparation of the groundbait the night before. If you are fishing the same venue on a regular basis this is something which is easily achievable. I also know of people who have a water butt in the garden collecting rain water and they use this. Using tap water is not necessarily a bad thing, loads of anglers do this with great success.
