someone told me just to use the lotus elise through the game. even though it is not fast, it corners and keeps speed very well. my friend said that he would play fully upgraded corvettes and even though they start out fast, they lost to much speed on corners so he would beat them.

i would use evened out tires because it has good control, but you still need the tires help around corners. i still have my lotus in the game, but i have also bought faster cars like the veyron, nissan gtr r35 both gt500's. pretty much if you have a slower car use a bit more slick tires but with a really fast car, use a little more grippy tires.
