  • don't go down so far and never ever lock ur elbows at the top

  • Your ROM is to big you shouldnt dip your elbows so deep.Once your elbows fall below your shoulder blades your pecs relax and your back and rear delts take over.

  • your not spose to lock out at the top of the movement that takes the stress of the pecs.

  • good form, but just dont lock ur elbows on the way up. the top 2/3's of a bench movement puts a ton of stress on the elbows, and is mostly triceps. coming up about halfway isolates the chest and front delts and fatigues the muscle faster.

  • keep it up dude u got really good form
