The subways were shut down about six hours before Hurricane Irene was scheduled to hit us--so, plenty of time to take my time with multiple takes! (And as it turned out, Irene was more of a storm than a hurricane by the time it got to NYC.)
Thanks! It's inside a New York City subway station, where I record most of my acoustic harp videos. It was an especially good to day to record on the day I made this video, because Hurricane Irene was scheduled to hit New York in a few hours, so all the subways were closed (but not locked): no interference from trains or commuters.
