  • Hey guys and gals, check out my vid response ^. Neil Rumney's (aka N.R.G./Liquid Crystal) simply brilliant 1993 breakbeat piano version. Released prior to Prodigy's one; the better of the two ripoffs imho (tho I admit there isn't an awful lot in it ;). Classic tune...... Enjoy!!!

  • @ShiBaa070 before !!! hithouse -" jack to the sound of the underground " 1988 !!

  • This can be easily mixed with Sybil's My Love is Guaranteed

  • Kelly you are the bomb, you are a STARAAA!!!

  • This is your number 1 fan. Those were the good days we really had a ball. I loved the song then and i still listen to it over in over again.

  • Also used in "Jack to the Sound of the Underground" by err Hithouse

  • Yeap, this song so awful =\

  • No better thieves than the prodigy! I you're gonna steal you might aswell do it with style!! Leave it to Liam to make crap like this sound good...

  • Poor uneducated fool

  • Don't let idiots like that give us ravers a bad name! True ravers appreciate it all, and realise that rave music originated from stuff like this.

  • Here, here.

  • Cool.. "good boy" was used in a song for the first part of GTA..

  • Use to have a 12" box set "House sound of Chicago" Massive memories what ever happened to it would be worth a mint now. Coooooooool tune great riff and nice vocal.

  • Oh, the wonderful memories that this beautiful record brings back. I can't believe I am getting so old. I feel like I used to club to this song just yesterday. God bless the '80s club music.

  • @fleetwoodsucks It was sampled by Hithouse before Prodigy in the song Jack to the Sound of the Underground.

  • @fleetwoodsucks - was used by hithouse in 1988 on jack to the sound of the underground

  • This track was one of my favorite productions. It brings back Great !! memories. Thank You so much for the post and to all for your great comments Kelly Charles is amazing

    James Bratton

  • Yeah thois joint was great. I remember the first time I heard it in Zanzibar and went back to tell my buddy "make it happen" Bratton about this song I heard, only to be told he produced it. Remember the good old days James, it's Terence & Sabrina. How's life?

  • hey james

joann jones reaching out. its been too long. this bring back great memories.

    holla at your girl

    joann

  • Great! I'm very happy to finally discover the original sample of the Prodigy's big classic "No good".

This song is nice, too bad I was too young in the '80's to enjoy it...

Thx to St7ve, and respect to Mr Charles, as you seems to like reading our comments.

  • I'm looking for Winterfresh commercial, in the background music goes "I gave you my best look so it's really not that hard to see.." and I've typed it and I got THIS!?

  • 1987!! I used to love this joint! Great post.

  • Ooo this song bring backs FIERCE memories...Hey, Trax NYC...Work!!! Pop Dip and Spin...Too old now to be doing those kind to Vogueing moves...lol...I lived for this song back in the day...

  • This was the shit in the late 80s.The club mix is so much better though. She also had another good one "you're the one", but this is her best. too bad this version sucks. Kelly Charles is awesome. The late 80s house and rave era with powerful black female vocalist was definitely some good stuff that could still rival the rubbish played in the today's clubs. Much did not change though, it is still the same beats, just faster without vocals. If U like this, Check out kechia jenkins- I need somebody

  • hey it seems that here is Kelly Charles himself.

Greetings from hungary mr. charles, and congratulations for your music

  • i like the prodigy mix of this song

  • Thank you all for the love!! Special thanks to st7ve for the post.

    Kelly Charles

  • kelly whats up? I was trying to remember te producer james bratton when I remembered he produced this song you were on I believe argyle ter. you introduced me to him and we cut a song called "If I was king but I'm not" plus I had the biggest crush on you...lol still love this song, hows you brother E.

  • hey kelly

  • I agree with Blueskywatcher - I wonder why it isn't more popular? How can we make that happen?

  • I've been looking for this for ages. I wonder why it isn't more popular. Thank you so much for posting this.

  • Where can I get an mp3?

  • Download this url to idesktopDOTtv then convert the file with mediacoverterDOTorg

  • nah all youtube is in mono and sounds poo. I want a decent stereo mp3 rip

  • Then go out and buy it and stop whining when people try to help you.

  • Silvike, relax. Let's keep it friendly. You can't go out and by a song that is out of print. Amazon never heard of it.

Fleet, I like the way some of them sound. When I really want a tune I pay the money but we don't always have choices. In this case I downloaded this.

  • You're right, I had a bad day yesterday.

  • You are a good person to admit that. Hugs.

  • TubeTilla, I use it all the time. There's a tutorial for it on youtube somewhere...

Oh man, this song is amazing. I've heard the chorus sped up in many-a-song, now I finally know where it's from. Even though I'm young, I can appreciate this! =)

  • Excellent
