i went into that room after the wreking ball thing. i heard hevy breathing. i searched the room with the cages.(the first one to your right) i couldnt hear it anymore..i came back and heard it again, i ignored it and went to the lever. the moment it started opening and i saw the leg i closed it and backed away thinking i was safe. the next thing i know, the stupid thing opens the door by itself. ashley was in the middle and i shot her with a mine thrower by accident.

I died like 14 times, well actually they just kept killing Ashley mostly the dumb won't follow you sometimes if there is an enemy standing next to her rrrgh!

No merchant can be done in every RE 4 version, the only thing you have to do is to not buy anything from the merchant, nothing at all, no weapons, no FAS, no cases, anything, just using what u can find around... and it's not easy ;)
