Love the court room run around, you can also file charges on the judge with the state judical tenure commision. I did it against a judge in Michigan and he retired a month later and my case was dismissed "Wonder why". I also went through 3 attorneys that were worthless and were only after my money. None would fully represent me and I was given my money back by all 3. Study and learn the system, be your own attorney, its more affective.

Love the court room run around, you can also file charges on the judge with the state judical tenure commision. I did it against a judge in Michigan and he retired a month later and my case was dismissed "Wonder why". I also went through 3 attorneys that were worthless and were only after my money. None would fully represent me and I was given my money back by all 3. Study and learn the system, be your own attorney, its more affective.

that was an old law from way back in the barberry coast , the law isn't applicable any more , some of the lower court judges like traffic court judges are appointed possessions , in some cases the judges didn't even go to collage let alone law school , so be aware , a simple parking ticket can , can get real serious in a short time , Peace

The "judge" has failed to prove jurisdiction, so there is no case. Same thing goes for the Amish, let see if this judge has any jurisdiction over them. NOT A CHANCE...
