I can't believe anyone's giving you grief over this. It's fantastic. FYI, for the dissenter, READ 'Web of Arachnos' again - Monica's name was NEVER 'Justice Maiden'. It was Maiden Justice, which was derived from her father's nickname for her, 'Maiden of Justice', which he gave to her because of her style of reporting. Her description is on p. 213 of Web of Arachnos, and Samuraiko did a great job picking the closest thing to a Poli Negri 'do, as well. You owe her an apology.

She was given the liberty belt by the furies. She WAS THE Justice Maiden. No where in the book did it says she put on a wig. Now Statesman truly had dark hair no question there..

Okay, just to get this out of the way... way back when, when I first created my INCARNATE video, I asked Joe 'Hero 1' Morrissey (the keeper of lore at Paragon Studios) a TON of questions about what Marcus Cole, Stefan Richter, and Monica Richter Cole all looked like. We checked the comics, the novels, etc - and it was decreed that Marcus was blonde, Stefan and Monica were dark-haired. (Why she's a redhead NOW, no idea - I didn't design the model.) I still have the email. Argue with Joe. :)

@residentxgc In the novel "Web of Arachnos", both Stefan and Monica Richter are stated as having black hair. This was confirmed with Joe 'Hero 1' Morrissey, official lore guy of Paragon Studios.

I expected exactly this the moment they hinted at the death of one major character. Statesman is the only avatar of a former CoH admin, Jack Emmert of Cryptic( who sold CoH to NC Soft years ago ) and thus is not involved in the game anymore. And it makes for great drama. Remember Superman's death?

Well, this was better than the actual story. Very touching and moving. I hope that he does come back, and I know that won't necessarily be the most welcome comment, but compared to a lot of his contemporaries, he's showing he does have the morals and strength of character to be a hero.

I actually quit playing when the game went free because the last 3 updates were making it harder and harder for me to play. Too many bugs in the system from updates going live too soon. With the last one I couldn't even log on anymore so weather I wanted to or not I had to quit.
