Yayyyyy, another "Ask Rufus" at last!!! I really think that Penny should have been the one asking questions in the Presidential debates! If nothing else they would have been a LOT shorter! And not only could Penny probably spot Russia from her back yard, I'm sure she could spot a bottle of vodka in Russia from her back yard as well.
