@California292292 Yeah. I'm not a hip-hop fan, but I think it's similar to how Snoop Dogg "jumps on everybody's tracks these days." He's a guest vocalist for other artists, therefore he gets billed on the track as "feat. Snoop Dogg."

So, considering Miku's virtual persona, it makes sense for an artist using her voice to treat her as a guest vocalist and to "credit" her accordingly.

Vocaloids/utaus are great because you don't have sing well or have beautiful voice to make wonderful music. This one girl, UTAUxyz, made an utau of her dad's voice that sounded totally awesome; his real life voice was as normal as the next person's, maybe even a bit hickish. Look up Shineba Iinoni to hear.

@otakuribo the people who create the songs are called producers. some songs are originally created for a 'loid to sing, these are what most fans incorrectly call "vocaloid songs" which they aren't, becuase in reality, if you have enough patience and musical skill, you can make a 'loid sing any song (it may not come out great though)

@daphne2blake its a synthesizer program that takes voice samples and allows your computer to basically sing. they have three games for the psp Project diva, project diva 2nd, project diva extend. there are also games for download on the japanese playstation network marketplace, so far its just the first two games on the psp but with better graphics. there is also (if you have the money) an arcade game with even better graphics and more songs, project diva arcade
