Just bought this for PC. My system fits the requirements but still it's slow as hell. Tried moving graphics to the lowest, but still doesn't work. And i don't get how the command list is for keyboard. I'm completely lost in this game T_T

It was like that also here, I changed the frames option to fixed, it was valiable or something like that. Now it is mostly with 60 fps all the time with max details.

hey bud you're pretty good, don't know if you know this or ot but try using small shoruken, it does te same damage (i think) but you fly into th air less and you have a better recovery :)

Turn off v-sync. That option makes it move slow-mo.

dude for you guys that doesnt have gamepad for this game, it doesnt matter, when you getting used to keyboard, you will find out that its easier to play with keyboard than a gamepad. Capcom have worked so hard to make the control as simple as possible in keyboard, the thing that i like in keyboard is that they make some kind of shortcut like 3 or 2 buttons into 1 button

Indeed the keyboard works better than I expected. Actually I find it harder to play with my gamepad connected.

my screen can support up to 1280x1024

Mine support also 1280x1024 and i normally use it to play, but i changed it to 1024.768 to record with fraps...

when i tried to record with 1280x1024 the game was unplayable when fraps started recording.

Yes it can be offline, and it's simple to unlock some of the characters.

To unlock Cammy, finish the game with C. Viper.

To unlock Fei Long, finish the game with Abel

To unlock Sakura, finish the game with Ryu

To unlock Dan, finish the game with Sakura

To unlock Rose, finish the game with M. Bison

To unlock Gen, finish the game with Chun-Li

To unlock Akuma, Gouken and Seth search on google... i would need to write a lot to say how to unlock them :P

Yes, first player can try to use the keyboard and the second a controller, or both can use controllers (if the pc's owner have 2 controllers).
