Im from around Cleveland and I been there before. 99th and St Clair is in the middle of the hood Glenville on the Eastside of Cleveland. That place got killed when crack came around. In the mid-late 90s when it was mostly abandoned and falling down houses, but a few years ago they built some new houses but its still bad.

There is a lot of dealers, crackheads, prostitutes around, there is bars on the windows and abandoned buildings and gunshots in walls and garbage piles everywhere.

e99 and st clair, not st claire. but that part of st clair is drugged out. either boarded up crack houses or boarded up store fronts now. st clair from 88 to 10-5 used to be really hot. now it is bad but not as wild as it used to be because it is more of a ghost town now. there are other spots in c town more ill but that strip is ill enough, though. back in the late 80s early 90s, fools were claimin vice lords in that area. glenville is the name of that hood. that's how it is.
