How to correctly peel a Banana

Ive always peeled them that way but like 90% of the people disagree with me. Now ive made my point. Idk why people peel it the hard way, I peeled it from the "top" once and ended up crushing like 1/4 of the banana...

Yeah that's the right way to peel them, but it's not called upside down. The side with the stem is the bottom, and the top is the side you peel.

What you call 'the top' is actually the bottom of the banana. Banana's grow upwards; the stem is on the bottom side.

you have to watch a monkey do this they grab the stem end pinch the other end and start peeling back the skin. the here in Canda called daily planet that showed this monkey doing exactly that.
