When a user uploads a video, there is a feature called AudioSwap and they offer a handful of tunes you can place on your video (this is where I grabbed this tune). Anyway, you can't access mine, but think you have to access one of your own videos to see what they have.

Agreed this tune is overplayed. My girls enjoy the tune, so have kept it there.
