I really like what she is saying, and agree with so much of it, have been looking into buddhism and mindfulness a lot lately and I identify with a lot, if maybe not all, of it. But I do wish that she would stop interrupting the guy - she never lets him finish his sentence! Which is a shame what with those silky dulcet tones of his lol
