This might sound crazy, but another way to avoid the H1N1 vaccine is to get the flu & get tested for the antibodies. My husband, who never gets sick, came home yesterday with full blown flu symptoms. I kissed him & today I have a fever, achy, vomiting, etc. We are on flu tx protocol from my doctor (high dosage vitamines,etc) & plan to recover this weekend. If the vaccines get mandated, we're getting our blood tested for antibodies & a doctors note. Plus we get immunity.

When Payless close stores you know something is wrong. Of all the places I thought Payless would do alright in this recession. People still need shoes and cheaper shoes would look good to most people. I guess not.

If we look at Russia after the collapse in 1998, the price of Gold to Rubble was 100 to 1. So, based on that assessment, I think gold will reach near $10,000 an ounce. A guess of course.

Very noble act on your part. Lots of twisted logic about these vaccines. They are saying Doctors and nurses who don't get vaccinated are responsible for patient deaths, never mind about universal precautions. The average person takes 2 weeks to acquire immunity after vaccination, They give Health Care workers the "jab" then send them to the "front lines". ANY benefit the vaccine had is lost if you have an exposure. NY RN's should ask for 2 weeks PAID leave with the MANDATORY VACCINATION.

No. Repairing shoes is a lost art. not to mention that the way they make shoes now a days, it would be impossible to repair them if I could. Thanks for the suggestion. That may be my next vocation.

what are you a retailer of?? shoes?? Did I get that right? If so, just a note, you can NEVER find small sizes. I live in Chattanooga and have to go to Atlanta to buy shoes small enough to fit me.

I am a retailer of Running Sneakers. Small sizes I got. the middle sizes are missing. women's 8-91/2 and men's 11-13 are hard to find. How small do you need. I go to a women's size 5.

How did the fast go? Did you survive?

I did a fast last year 1 week with out foodz. not for religious reason. But I think there is a Benefit to it.

I pulled through. 25 hours of no water and food is tough. I once in college helped a Catholic friend fast for 40 days. No food just juice and water. It was tough for the first 3 days, then it was fine. I think I could go without food, but not water. I exercise too much to deny myself water.
