I get so tired of people repeating what those fools say as if it's more than an opinion; as if it's based on actual facts. They know very little about the teams they talk about. Glad someone else recognizes it.
Cowboys suck balls....they had this one in the pocket and gave it away.....at least Garret didn't ice his OWN KICKER this time like he did against the Cardinals ....awwggggg...what an awful football team the Cowboys are.....one of the best receiving cores in football all for nothing....keep eating Choke-ios with Milk and Choka-kola with dinner ....lol
Shango, u did well walking away from your channel. Cowboys play disgusting football! This has been the most stressful season ever! Concentrate on your project and keep your mind clear. These Boys aint worth a krap! Where's my bottle of Advil!!! Aghhhh!!!!
For me it seems, Garret should coach like he KNOWS his team is the best crew on the field and leave it up to the players to succeed or fail, step up or lose tryin. I don't believe a coach or coordinator should ever gameplan down to his fears. Utilize what you have and don't try to be what you're not, yes, but his explanation on that timeout screams of mistrust in his own team, you can't win games without making a few gutsy calls and you can't do that if you have that "we can't do it" mentality.
Welcome back, Knew you couldn't shut it down. Even if it's just a here and there thing, you need us as much as we need you, lol. Fiametta coming back is a big deal, Murray's been great but that FB has been a difference maker in the run game. But Garret has to show some consistency too. Look back over the season, at home, we're agressive, on the road he calls a different gameplan. I know sometimes you have to but we are 2 completely different offenses at home vs away.
We have how many LETHAL weapons in our passing game!?!? and time after time after time i watch this guy throw quick passes behind the line of scrimmage, over and over again! its just getting old! we dont even give Dez a chance! Dez is our Calvin Johnson, and we dont even throw to this guy! he had 2 or 3 drops in last weeks game, but hey, if we giving this many chances to jason garret and tony romo, then why the hell not Dez?...Keep throwing to this guy , he is our play maker! hands down
Or also, 3 or 4 times this year we have ran the ball on 3rd and 18! i really do not understand why anyone would call these plays that this guy has been calling! I think he has hurt us WAAAY more then he has helped us! yes, like you said he is a Rookie coach, EVEN more of a reason why he should not be a HEAD coach AND a offense coordinator, he obviously cant handle both jobs! as sad as it is to say, i dont see us even going to a superbowl with him as our coach!...him and romo r not good together
I know jason garrets time out is what officially lost the game for us! but in my opinion his HORRIBLE play calling is what has lost every game this year except for the game against the Eagles!...and what is even more frustrating is he thinks he is doin right! its so obvious that the play calling has GOT to change!...for example this last game, it was 3rd and 16 or 18, cant remember exactly, but what do we do...throw a 3 yard pass to our slowest guy on our team! Jason Witten, i do not understand!
Good to see ya again Shango!....idk what to say about this weeks game!...pretty awful game to watch for a cowboys fan! but hey...iv gotten use to these games over the last 2 years!..I will still say that we have the most talent on the field out of any team in the NFL, we just cant seem to take advantage of that! We get stupid little penalties at CRUCIAL times of the game, that just always hurt us!...
i agree. as of right now when i look at most of the leading teams in NFC OR The whole league, most of the teams do a good job on offense and scoring TD Which puts the defense in position to tee off. rob Ryan loves to blitz and tee off of QB'S But when our offense is not getting the job done the this strategy is useless sense other teams offense start running it
Shango ,I still say that we need to blow it up, draft a QB and some linemen and a burner on the outside that will make the safties stay back so murray an jones can run, undrafted talent looks like undrafted talent after six yrs imo... sent u request on fb ...
Jason Garrett is as much a "rookie coach" as Romo was a "rookie starting QB" when he came in for Bledsoe. The team plays the exact same way it did under Wade, yet Garrett rambled about instilling accountability and discipline. Where is HIS accountability for this nonsense?
It is December and I believe the Cowboys will do a nose dive and fall apart. I don't blame Garrett for the loss. It was a close game and the Cowboys pulled out the previous close calls from Washington and Miami but the Cardinals got us on this one. The Giants are a weak team and they can be beaten easily but we need touchdowns and not field goals. We get lots of yards but finding the end zone has been rare. Our defense needs to defend against the pass these next four games or we are doomed.
(prt2) now about the Giants, you could say, "well they almost could have beaten Greenbay." Or you could look at them as the team who lost to the eagles, a team ran by Vince Young (3ints) and a Defense 2/3 of their best CBs were injured. And it isn't like the Cowboys were far behind in the Jets loss, lions loss, and others, but it happened to our inconsistency, but what I'm trying to say is the Giants are just as inconsistent as we are. Sorry for the rant.
Our O-line had their butts handed to them, but hey I'm a glass if half full kind of guy, and when I saw Dez getting more into the game that kinda made my expectations increase, I mean Dez is a monster and nobody can argue with that, but he has been quiet in most of his games, although when we need him the most he makes a play, both games against washington, the cards, and miami, Dez made crucial catches that got us where we needed to be to win the game, What a play maker (prt 1)
Too many redzone opportunities wasted. Garrett coaches like he's scared. Of what I'm not sure. He out coaches himself consistently. Be it in the redzone or during two-minute drill situations. That's where I see this team falling short. I also see holes in the secondary(Newman). I see Ware - as great as he is - creating these huge running lanes with certain angles he takes going after the big sack. I see tons more. Dropped passes at key moments. Penalties at key moments.Special team meltdowns....
Shango, you're the voice of reason! Completely right. Some cowboys fans are so reactionary.....one win, they love Romo, one loss, they hate him, same with Garrett, now they want his head, and expect the Super Bowl this year. A team that went 6-10 last season isnt gonna win a title, but improving on that record, winning a division and making the playoffs can be done. And we'll be alright vs Giants, cuz we've got a better Running Game than the Packers
Garrett will be a great coach people. He's still learning the little things, but he's 12-8 so far in his coaching career. He made mistakes with time management in the loss, but Andy Reid has been coaching for 13 years and still hasn't learned it lol. And yes, this game against New York will be awesome, Miles Austin and Tony Fiametta, the unheralded fullback, will be returning, time to Demarco and Romo to ball out
all we need is an offensive coord. ....garrett is a great HC and will be for years but he needs help calling plays and this has been obvious enough....sparano is gonna be fired so why not bring him back and let him call plays like what he did when we had parcells and norv looks like hell be done and he is a great offensive coord (he was ours in the 90s)
And yes, "redheaded Chosen-one" had some 'Splaining to doooo!
Don't see going past the first round of the playoffs with how Garrett doesn't seem to trust his Q.B. Yes Romo has given him plenty of reasons not to but at this point you RIDE with your Q.B or you DIE with your Q.B. Penalties and obvious signs of the offense not knowing what the plays are and Romo having to explain it to the rest of the group right before the snap is a good sign of NOT being on the same page.
Shango! Thank you bruh, I needed some insight. I agree alot with what you are saying man. I've got a good feeling about Sunday night..honestly I'm more scared of Tampa, not sure why though.
Garrett is so scared the offensive line will cause us negative yards, penalty sack ect. He's afraid to play football and try to go win a game instead we tried to kick a field goal that was really too long. And we had 26 secs left! He might be right to fear the o line though
A month ago, I thought the answer to our offensive woes was awaiting his pink-slip in South Beach. Now, it looks like Sparano will stay put. Rightly so, too! But damn. Just Damn...
SHANGO!! Your back!!! Alright well I agree with you about our offense, we have always had a problem finishing off our drives with touchdowns especially in the redzone but your most definitely right we have to play better consistent football, if we play like we did against the redskins dolphins or cardinals this week we are going to get killed, we need to play like how we did against the bills! And I feel like turnovers have really helped us out this year, our defense creating turnovers helped u
Also, maybe if the Cowboys played better during the whole game it would not of come down to them needing a field goal to win. They just seemed to make alot of mistakes on the offense. The defense was good most of the time though. But ya the offense needs to get it together.
That's my thing megan..I'm convinced we are good enough to beat anyone...but we have to put away these "average teams" and stop letting them hang around to the end.
I know I dont understand why the Cowboys played so well against the Bills and now they have trouble against easier teams. I mean against the Bills they just looked almost perfect and they didn't let the Bills defense stop them. Now they are back to making alot of stupid mistakes like getting penalties and stuff. Maybe they just think they don't need to play as well when they play teams with losing records.
@meganloves2shop Sorry but the defense is really quite garbage.. Started out strong at the start of the season but after that first loss to philly it has truly gone to shit. And it always has blown it when the game has mattered the most. I had very high expectations of Rob Ryan at the start of the season I really liked him, but honestly not only do we lack talent on the D rob truly cannot handle the crunch time, or the pressure. He is far too aggressive and predictable.
There were just stupid mistakes at the Cardinals game. It just really made me mad because what they should have done was get tony romo to make another throw so that they could get further down the field. Maybe then the kicker would not of had to kick a 49 yard field goal. I mean they should of just tried to get him to kick a 40 yard field goal since it would be easier. They still had 35 seconds left on the clock and 2 times outs before they used them all.
@thedallascowboyshow I love your comments so much about Romo/Garrett relationship totally agree they should be completely solid with one another and have this offense rolling. If it wasnt for Murray who knows how bad this season could have got.
@thedallascowboyshow I love your comments Shango on Romo/Garretts relationship I couldnt agree more, they should know that offense like the back of their hands by now. If it wasnt for Murray who knows how bad the season may have gone.
Jason's offense MUST get better if he wants to be coaching a playoff contender. And the bare minimum an offense should do is score TWO TD's in a game. If a team scores 2 TDs and 2-3 FGs it should be in a position to win EVERY game it's in. You may not win every one of them but you'll be in a POSITION to win them.
But Garrett can't even get 2 TDs in a game TWENTY-SEVEN PERCENT of the time!!!!
@thedallascowboyshow That's the thing. The offense clearly has all the talent in the world. But when they get into the redzone they can't seal the deal. And way too often the reason is...playcalling. There's almost always 1 play of 3 down there on the goal line that makes you think "well, that was a truly wasted opportunity".
Shango, I been saying it since the Eagles game. I went through all the boxscores under Garrett's watch and TWENTY-SEVEN PERCENT of the games the offense was unable to score more than 1 TD. That's 16 games!! But the REAL kicker is...there was only 1 (maybe 2 max) of those 1 TD or none games in 2007 when it was Tony Sparano & Jason. So under Jason's FULL control he's had at LEAST 14 games where the offense didn't do it's job.
I think the offense is pretty much set. Less offsides/holding on the O-Line. The main concern we have at the moment is our D-Backs. They don't play consistently, we need to have better Cornerbacks. Until Money Bags Jerry realizes that that there is a problem with the Corners and Safeties. Glad you made this video, Shango. Great to see your lovely face.
WOW good to see you had posted something. I figured the Cardinals game was a "trap" game. Seems like the Cowboys ALWAYS seem to play down AND up to the level of the teams that they play. I expect this week will be close again. I really think the Cowboys will come out at home and play well. The offense HAS to open up more....hopefully with a full compliment of receivers we will move the ball better. Agree 100% with u regarding this offense...why too vanilla. Holla
I am worried of the Giants game. We are playing vs as you said one of the more perfect defensive structures in the league, a quarterback who is playing at the highest level of his career and ridiculous WRs like Hakeem and Cruz. Tony has to go in the attack mode and i think Garrett wants that because last time he was attacking was the Lions game, and the time before that was the Jets.
Idk what you got against twitter but i'll hit you up on facebook! The name is Andrey.
I think we can blame Terance Newman a little bit for that pass interferance but really we only had like 5 runs in the secound half, we gotta run the ball, I think when we get Fiametta back he will help our run game and Miles Should help our pass, but really alot of our mistakes are because we have first and secound year WR's, we need to hang on to this group right here most of our misscommunications were due to young WR's, Romo and Dez & Robinson need to stay with each other for a while.
@NFLFootballReview We have the best kicker in the league right now bro. He got like 28 Field Goals in a row or something - that's crazy! It would of been 29 had Jason Garrett not iced him.
I'm not sure why there is so much pressure on the Cowboys offense. I mean, we have injuries. Our TOP reciever and starting fullback whose blocked for Murray during his 250 yard game and the 2-3 consecutive 100 yard games are both out and have been out over the last couple of Really close games. We shouldn't be 100% anyways, help me out Shango, why the big expectations and skepticism for an Offense running at 75%?
@submissivelover Honestly...IMO...An NFL team should never run at 75%...They should have capable backups at every position that will get the job done. Garrett has been running this same offense too long for us not to scoring better with one of the top QB's in the league...It doesn't compute to me. Our O should be a notch below GB...who dealt with far more injuries last year and won it all...you know?
welcome back but here's the problem we had first place to ourselves and in the playoffs if that timeout was not called. I just hope we win next week that will get us in the playoffs for sure
with our fullback back from injury, and with Miles back also, i think we should be ok. only thing is this, what do you think about our Corners and Safety? i figured with Jenkins back it would get better but i feel like they are playing confused or something, idk. what do you think Shango???
1) FB Tony Fiametta returning. When Fiametta was in the game, Murray was averaging much more ypc. Murray needs that FB to help him pave the way, that will throw the defense into a more "wut." state which opens up the passing for Romo.
2) The secondary. Our pass defense is terribad, ever since that Eagles loss we have just been atrocious. We have got to keep their offense off the field and that starts with playing better against the pass
1st of all Jason Garrett isnt a rookie coach! he was our coach last year and this season is damn near over stop making excuses 4 this clown. He was an Nfl qb for the cowboys and has been apart of the nfl for years he should know better. He should have never been hired in the 1st place
And anothe thing regardless what happens this season, I pray to god that we get rid of that useless jackass dave campo fuck I hate that guy his secondary has been torched for years and he proved he sucked dick at coaching period when we went 5/11 3 years in a row!!! Jerry has got to stop hireing personal friends that he just personally likes. Garrett/Campo/Hudson. Garrett is decent but he can call some really bone headed calls, and his confidence has been pretty mellow at best.

That's my thing megan..I'm convinced we are good enough to beat anyone...but we have to put away these "average teams" and stop letting them hang around to the end.
thedallascowboyshow 2 months ago
@thedallascowboyshow
I know I dont understand why the Cowboys played so well against the Bills and now they have trouble against easier teams. I mean against the Bills they just looked almost perfect and they didn't let the Bills defense stop them. Now they are back to making alot of stupid mistakes like getting penalties and stuff. Maybe they just think they don't need to play as well when they play teams with losing records.
meganloves2shop 2 months ago
@meganloves2shop Sorry but the defense is really quite garbage.. Started out strong at the start of the season but after that first loss to philly it has truly gone to shit. And it always has blown it when the game has mattered the most. I had very high expectations of Rob Ryan at the start of the season I really liked him, but honestly not only do we lack talent on the D rob truly cannot handle the crunch time, or the pressure. He is far too aggressive and predictable.
alsnevets 2 months ago
@alsnevets
Yes I agree the defense is not doing so well at the end of the season. :(
meganloves2shop 2 months ago
There were just stupid mistakes at the Cardinals game. It just really made me mad because what they should have done was get tony romo to make another throw so that they could get further down the field. Maybe then the kicker would not of had to kick a 49 yard field goal. I mean they should of just tried to get him to kick a 40 yard field goal since it would be easier. They still had 35 seconds left on the clock and 2 times outs before they used them all.

@thedallascowboyshow I love your comments so much about Romo/Garrett relationship totally agree they should be completely solid with one another and have this offense rolling. If it wasnt for Murray who knows how bad this season could have got.
alsnevets 2 months ago

SaintJimmy76 2 months ago
@SaintJimmy76
That's big SaintJimmy and it doesn't make much sense when you look at the amount of yards the Offense accumulates per game.
thedallascowboyshow 2 months ago
@thedallascowboyshow That's the thing. The offense clearly has all the talent in the world. But when they get into the redzone they can't seal the deal. And way too often the reason is...playcalling. There's almost always 1 play of 3 down there on the goal line that makes you think "well, that was a truly wasted opportunity".
SaintJimmy76 2 months ago

Holla

1.Run The Ball
2.Keep Running It
3.Give it to Witten before Dez and Miles
4.Let Ware come up middle a good bit
5.Have right Personal on defense

Good to see you back man!

Cowboys need to get that kicker from Alabama. Or maybe Boise State.
NFLFootballReview 2 months ago
@NFLFootballReview We have the best kicker in the league right now bro. He got like 28 Field Goals in a row or something - that's crazy! It would of been 29 had Jason Garrett not iced him.
jazon345 2 months ago
it was a good game to watch....i feel for you, we know what it is like when a kicker misses. We must have the lead in stats for missed field goals !
kevinpnp 2 months ago
I'm not sure why there is so much pressure on the Cowboys offense. I mean, we have injuries. Our TOP reciever and starting fullback whose blocked for Murray during his 250 yard game and the 2-3 consecutive 100 yard games are both out and have been out over the last couple of Really close games. We shouldn't be 100% anyways, help me out Shango, why the big expectations and skepticism for an Offense running at 75%?
Also, missed you dude lol
submissivelover 2 months ago
@submissivelover Honestly...IMO...An NFL team should never run at 75%...They should have capable backups at every position that will get the job done. Garrett has been running this same offense too long for us not to scoring better with one of the top QB's in the league...It doesn't compute to me. Our O should be a notch below GB...who dealt with far more injuries last year and won it all...you know?
thedallascowboyshow 2 months ago
@thedallascowboyshow You're absolutely right, Teams have accomplished more with less talent.

welcome back but here's the problem we had first place to ourselves and in the playoffs if that timeout was not called. I just hope we win next week that will get us in the playoffs for sure

I just don't think we can do this... :/ our D is atrocious. 38-24 we probably lose. REALLY HAPPY YOU ARE BACK THOUGH :)
elsherdoo 2 months ago
with our fullback back from injury, and with Miles back also, i think we should be ok. only thing is this, what do you think about our Corners and Safety? i figured with Jenkins back it would get better but i feel like they are playing confused or something, idk. what do you think Shango???
BIGJOEDAPOET 2 months ago
@BIGJOEDAPOET
I have little to no confidence that our defensive secondary can handle average to above average quarterbacks....I wish it was more...I really do
.
thedallascowboyshow 2 months ago
@thedallascowboyshow yeah, we need to draft in the secondary this year
thecolin6 2 months ago
Completely agree, two things that would help
1) FB Tony Fiametta returning. When Fiametta was in the game, Murray was averaging much more ypc. Murray needs that FB to help him pave the way, that will throw the defense into a more "wut." state which opens up the passing for Romo.
2) The secondary. Our pass defense is terribad, ever since that Eagles loss we have just been atrocious. We have got to keep their offense off the field and that starts with playing better against the pass

good video Shango. Always speakin the truth.

1st of all Jason Garrett isnt a rookie coach! he was our coach last year and this season is damn near over stop making excuses 4 this clown. He was an Nfl qb for the cowboys and has been apart of the nfl for years he should know better. He should have never been hired in the 1st place
