It actually makes no sense it being Silithus Cave but since it is, those bones are probably from alliance, most likely human outlooks (Looks like a human skull at least). But that's a just a guess.

If you pause at 2:20 you can see a typical trollish pile of skulls. All the secret places in WoW mean something. The houses have a taurahe design, but not far from the Troll one. My guess is that those houses and the cave belonged to some troll family who had to row south (going to Southrend? Or maybe a place like Purgation Isle in Hillsbrad? Who knows?)

By the way, I'm surprised this missed both xHellfire and RipperGand, but there's a hidden house in Elwynn Forest, not sure the coords...
