Bernard has made some very interesting videos in the past, several which I own. He is/was a BBC cameraman which is why they look so professional. Unfortunately I haven't seen any new releases from him for years. I wonder why that is?
LOL - $400,000.00, what a joke! Now you could barely by a shed to hold the lawnmower for that price. Thanks, Federal Reserve, for devaluing the dollar so much. The price of the house did NOT go up; the value of the dollar went down.
