Also sometimes it takes "modernization" to reach our young ones, so that they may embrace their culture, and pass it own to all young ones to come.

GuidedSoul , I respect your opinion as well some like flutes ,others like drums only, still others like only powwow music. *smile* in our culture we have something in our music which appeals to most everyone

I respect your opinion. Please understand that I am a song maker, not a song keeper. Song keepers are literally "chosen ones" who carry on an ancient and sacred task that I would never pretend to be undertaking here.

I try to remain true to the spirit of the traditional music but ultimately, I can only go where my heart (and the flutes) lead me.

Some of the other compositions I have placed online are much less "modernized" and I hope you will find these more to your preference.
