@RorySeizeTheDay Evidently you're not familiar with miss Hardbroom. She is strict, uptight, and the deputy headmistress. Her talking like that to miss Cackle is normal. That's just how she talks, and like I said she is the deputy head of the school with almost as much authority as Miss Cackle.
