I recommend leaving a standard flat 901 cartridge on the atomiser and pushing it up through both o-rings rather than trying to push that bottom o-ring back up there. Many thanks for the vid though. :)
Imeo suggests putting a plastic cartridge in the atomizer before slipping the o-ring over the atomizer. He also recommends leaving the cartridge in place until fully assembled.
