@solishs at first it takes a whileeee to get down since its all minor movements that you make. but one you get it, you will be able to do it constantly. just keep practicing!. if your having problems, try using a cigarette...the smoke will be easier to practice with than mary janee

@reddegg1 its a different way of doing it. instead of a small cough, you can instead just push your tongue forward...moving the smoke slowly out of your mouth and creating a ring. I show it differently in this video cause i feel its the easier way
