What program did you use to remove the actors lines?

I didnt, its from the complete score. The difference between this one and the original track is that the left side has more sfx than the right, using the program Audacity, i took out the left (leaving the right side making it a mono) than I converted it to a stereo mp3 track.

I actually got this off the complete 2cd score that I have. They do that sfx thing with a few tracks like with beverly hills cop. I just managed to edit out SOME of the effects. There is an instrumental with no sfx in the works

Its called "Top Gun Complete motion picture score" it was released a few years back. Mine came from Germany and was used for promotional uses. Dont get this confused with the "expanded score". Mine has about 40 - 45 tracks.

I do. This track is from it. The studio just added the sfx in to piss the few people who have it off.

The complete score is rare enough-and the studio still couldn't do a few lucky people a favour by editing out the sfx. Somehow I think they don't want you to enjoy these tracks to their full potential. Anyway, thanks for sharing.
