Das hatte ich auch schon mal nachts im Wald. Statt einer ruhigen Nacht unter freiem Himmel überall Geräusche und ein Hirsch, der meine Anwesenheit in seinem Zuhause mit lautem Brüllen schnell beendete. Da bin ich abgehauen und hab am Waldrand geschlafen. Dummerweise in der Nähe eines Ameisenhügels. Viel Romantik war da nicht.

@Nebelmond I have a gallery of images for all my videos, I copied it all on Empyrium's folder, I filtered it all, I put away everything that was of another band, but that image stood in because I thought it was Empyrium (it was in miniature, i mean, very little).

I did the video, then watched it and I saw the image, but I was too lazzy to make the vid again, so I uploaded it like this and prayed for noone to notice it! xD

the metal archives say it is Dark Symphonic Folk Metal

But I would say Dark Symp. Neofolk Metal.

jetzt übertreibst du aber , vision bleak sind nicht scheisse, klar empyrium ist (meiner meinung nach) auch viel gekonnter, aber auch jetzt (als vision bleak )haben sie ein paar gute lieder zu bieten

Das stimmt. Nur fast zwar, aber Empyrium ist die einzige Band die irgendwie in die Sphären von Agalloch vorzudringen vermochte. Ich liebe diesen Song, es ist ja mehr als nur ein Lied. Es ist eine Geschichte, oder, wie der Titel selbst schon sagt POESIE!

Es ist fantastisch wie die Instrumente alleine schon eine Geschichte erzählen. Man sieht diesen nebelverhangenen Wald in der Fremde förmlich vor Augen.

I agree 100% with this. The only other Album that can be compaired to Empyriums "Weiland" or "Where at night..." is Ulver's "Kveldssanger" (pure acoustic). Empyrium even covered one of the songs from that Album(?).

Though I still think Empyrium is much more touching.

Certainly... Kveldssanger come right after empyrium... did you hear Thy Beloved Embrace? a brasilian band....

That is not quite true. Ulver's Kveldssanger came in 1995. Empyriums "Where at Night..." came in 1999 and "Weiland" in 2002. Even "A Winter Sunset" (1996) came after Kveldssanger.

But even then, I still whole heartedly agree with your opinion about no one being more touching then Empyrium =^.^=
