As he quite clearly states on the title this is the PS3 version of SvR 08 which means he can import songs to the game that being the reason why "Voices" is on the game

You can't upload custom themes onto the PS3 for SvR08. You can however upload custom themes on the PS3 for Svr09 or on the XBox360 for Svr08 and 09.
