  • No not really. We are residents of Qatar and we found some agent in Doha who did all the legwork for us. I think it cost us 50 Riyals each and took a couple of days. For this we got a transit visa only (for both directions).

  • Before 1992 we used to enter Abu dhabi directly without passing Saudi Arabia customs.
