The fact that someone who is a paralyzed quadriplegic and can play a game that requires constant clicking and excessive use of hotkeys shows that it is a great talent for what state he is in physically. I have been to mental hospitals and seen people who just can't do a single thing with their body; as if they don't even know what they're doing. He is capable of doing something that only a handful of physically or mentally challenged people can do also.
