  • NANNY STATE! STOP WITH THE RIDICULOUS "WARNINGS"............WE AREN'T BABIES!

  • @MrEurocat

The deaths don't mainly happen at work or in public buildings, but in the private homes of pensioners, who do NOT have air con. Hardly anybody does, at home.

  • 32 degrees C is the all year temperature in the PH... already a heat wave in EU??

  • I dont get it. We ask for hot weather and when we get it we complain.

  • English bake down. God save the queen and prince Harry!

  • today in London it was 30°C

  • I seemed to leave Britain at the wrong time- but fortunately, the Algarve in Portugal was just the same!

  • Europe dosent have the facilities to deal with high temperatures, I live in Perth, the hottest capital city in Australia and everywere has air conditioning, in europe not everywere has that so even 33deg cel would be hard to deal with, the same way here in australia we cant deal with cold temperatures because we dont have heating

  • @anthonyok i live in hotcho spain and everyone here has air conditing

  • @anthonyok Wrong! Its from the south of France when air conditioning starts to become common

  • @anthonyok you are very mis-informed. Most buildings in UK now have air-conditioning. Same as Europe. The summers of the early 00s , had all of Europe baking for months............& air conditioning is very common now.

  • people are so stupid, we polute the world change the climate but then people like denial the anormal weather changes, the disapearing of species and so on... its so easy to see the world is warming up... i noticed it in 90s from the 80s and now from the 90s... its in ur face except if ur an asshole in somebodys paychech filling every public comment for brainwashing....

  • Heatwave warning? Ha, ha, ha, ha, ha!! What a pathetic joke once again. The maniacs who come up with this nonsense at the met office should see what our summers have been like for the last two years before predictions of a heatwave for this summer. This July has been wetter than both 2007 and 2008, August looks set to be the same. Heatwaves in Britain? Global warming? About as likely in Britain as floods in the Sahara. Jet streams out of sinc again guys, that's why it's so bad.

  • dickhead

  • it's cause were not use to it :)

  • neither are other people really becasue we have the heat combined with the humidity our atmosphere has 45 percent more water in the air than most of europe

  • hence with the water in the air that also gets hot, we get steam boiled lol

  • esse video e muito chato

  • I don't understand why a temp of 33c causes such a problem. In my part of Australia summer temps average about 35c (up to 43c heat waves) with few deaths. Why is it such a problem in Europe?

  • No idea, we have draughts and hot seasons with temp. up to 45°c , while in the most extreme periods we even meassure 47-48°c . yet, No one seems to be bothered about it .

  • You guys are probably used to it. You know how to handle it, and know to stay indoor in midday, drink water and you no doubt have air conditioning. Britain is simply not used to it and doesn't know how to handle any heat at all. We are used to it being overcast and that's it! We're pathetic when it comes to any kind of heat.

  • True I suppose. If a winter's day gets down to 11 - 12c it makes the news! It is so COLD! How will we cope ;-)

  • because we have a high humidity with it, it makes it less bearably, we have 45 percent more water suspended in the air, hence why we say its a sticky heat, we sweat in a steam bath and cant breath

  • @portantwas You guys do the same when there's a slight frost!!! Don't judge!
