Yeah this is from "Battle Of The Cuckoo's Nest". Great lost punkumentary. TSOL were the best live footage in that movie. I saw them around this time (about '82 or so) in Texas and they were fucking amazing. Still a great live band compared to a lot of the older punk bands out there that still play.

I like the offspring, but not the past 3 or so albums... I especially like their ST album kus its really oldschool sounding; they were clearly influenced by tsol and DK. But yeah, concerts then looked to be so much more hardcore (I was born in 86 so.. u know)now they are so pathetic... peace

I saw TSOL live only once - back in 1982 at an abandoned warehouse out by the Salt Lake City airport. They were great. The guitarist was wearing some sort of shag carpet suit - looked like it weighed a ton. Jack was his typical whirling, jesticulating self. Good band from a really cool time in alternative music; short-lived, though...
