  • gorgeous car,,,,love it

  • I think that ass end would go nice on a Chevy Monza as well, gorgeous car it's got all the best parts from a lot of the best classics; 240Z, AAC Cobra, 62 Ferrari GTO.

  • Very original and looks really nicee ! mixes all of the things i like from the imports, muscles and the euros

  • @iiinitr0 thanks ....great to see that someone finally gets that i wanted to mix all my favorite cars all wrapped into one !!!

  • @coyotegary haha well it looks amazing ! you sir are very talented :)

  • Wonderful Mate! Sorry to hear about your son... He had great taste!

  • fucking wow!

  • AS A EARLY Z FAN, I HATE YOU, WHY DID U TAKE AN AMAZING JAP CAR, AND TURN IT INTO AN AMERICAN STYLED PILE OF SHIT.

  • @skidMarkNZ

    you sad sad little man.....

how ugly of a world you must live in to have to put down others to make yourself feel like a man..... the car belonged to my 17 year old son who has since passed away. he loved that car. but on a bright note, tomorrow would have been his birthday, so thank you for chiming in as i get ready to celebrate his memory

  • @coyotegary Im am so sorry to hear about your loss, but on a happier note you and im asuming your son built a Bad ass car. Im am a fan of both Shelby Cobras and Datsun Zs.

  • @skidMarkNZ fuck man its his car and he can do what ever he wants to it. By the way i hope you know even though the cobra is an american car cobras were actually european cars before shelby threw v8's in them dumbass

  • @skidMarkNZ The cobra was originally an italian design with an american motor, best of both worlds if you ask me. So next time do some research before you make an ignorant comment.

  • great job, very clean work. Even clearcoat on exhaust :)

  • 9 months, just like a baby.

  • nice car.. well i got a question im considering on buying a 72 240z but i heard theres a 250gto body ive beeen searching n cant find it anywhere do u know where to get the body kit?

  • nice car.. well i got a question im considering on buying a 72 240z but i heard theres a 250gto body ive beeen searching n cant find a place that sells anything so do u know where to buy the gto ferrari kit at?

  • what farrari body kit did you us sir? its a master piece sir!! :)

  • @fixiebro123 the rear is cut down, shortened , shaved , and lowered . we started with the rear section kit from the 62 GTO. glad you like it

  • you should of fired it up for us

  • beautiful car, mind if i ask how the dif installation went? New mounts?

  • @fd3srules thanks , glad you like it. installation was all custom fabrication as it wasnt a kit. we made a ton by hand and the few panels that were complete panels, we cut up and reshaped and resized to fit the lower stance and profile of the car.

  • what a beautiful yet wonderfully disguissed piece of history you have there! Sounds like the car means a lot to you as well, seeing as it used to be your sons, now lets see under the hood, and a little test run! KEEP THE Z ALIVE!!!

  • @PYROhafe glad you like the car. it has alot of meaning and memories . there are a few videos out there of it running...check 'em out

  • @PYROhafe thewres a few videos out there of it running and the engine . also one of its first autocross event

  • That is a beautiful car you have there. I'm looking for one for my self in England but it is very hard to find. Some are well over priced and some under priced. It seems you know this car from inside out, so how much do you think i can get a reliable decent runner for, i also wish to tinker with it a bit further down the line. Any support is greatly appreciated. Thanks.

  • holy shit....

    <3

  • @RichRiverz .......lol, thanks man!

  • @RichRiverz .......lol, thanks man!

  • @RichRiverz .......lol, thanks man!

  • great looking car. keep up the good work.

  • if i had this car, i would never sell it.

  • @blackeriasauce

glad you like it .....it belonged to my son. he is, sadly, no longer with me. i will never sell this car.........

  • Wow, what a piece of work, suspension, chassis work is epic!

i would love to see whats under the hood, a RB26DETT would be sick.

  • truly a masterpiece! great work guys! whats in the hood?

  • @gems21777 glad you like it. under the hood still resides the inline 6 cylinder engine. it is far from stock though. bored over 040 flat top polished pistons. high compression head, large stainless valves. large race cam. holley 4 barrel. MSD 6AL ignition....on and on...it runs great

  • Wow, simply beautiful.

  • Great car !! lot of work good m8!! love to have it as everyday car

  • looks amazing!! ...you don't need to spend a lot in a porsche, this car looks great!

  • holy crap, that thing means buisness

  • thats the fruit from the love u put into

  • Truly Amazing Car Like The Tailights

  • I had the choice between a Z and an Eclipse when I was in high school and my dumb-ass chose the Eclipse. By looking at this masterpiece that you have created I am now trying to figure out a way to get limber enough to kick myself in the face. Beautiful craftsmanship. No matter how many people say you should'nt have messed with the original design you have built one awsome, sexy ride. Word.

  • thanks man, good to see there are more than a few out there that appreciate changes to a z without getting their panties in a bunch.

  • that looks like a lot of blood sweat and tears went into this..... very nice

  • that thing is fucking fucking sick shit good job on the custom work i would love to do that for a living

  • everyone is entitled to their opinion.even you...lol

if it were the only Z i owned i might agree with you as well. i own a bunch of z cars. some totally stock, some slightly modified. so this one i wanted a major modification .i enjoy having Z cars and having them all look different. ......the biggest reason for this modification is my son. i did it for him, the way he would have wanted......he has since past away so it will never change again."Long live the Z"

  • Not knocking you but I feel like the car has been ruined. I just like z's that look like z's. Just my opinion

  • Pure Sex...Yep.

  • Very nice car, certainly a great way to commemorate your son.

  • One of a kind. I only wish I could buy a kit for it haha.

    Congrats!

  • im a z fan overall but you made a very

    nice car

    congratulations

  • i did run it on an autocross event .i drove the car 3 hours to the track, raced it all day, then drove it home the next day. it performed better than i could have imagined and never had a glitch racing or driving the entire trip. a great finish to a great project in my book

  • glad you like the Z. as far as cost from day one.....i didnt really keep exact records along the way. it was my sons car . sadly, he passed away. after having the car in storage for a decade since his passing , i restored the Z as a form of personal therapy.best guess would be $25K over the year it took to complete the project. his car was a nice condition running Z to start with so no donor car issues.

  • may youre son rip and very good job on the car

  • wow very nice so are u gonna take this to track events?

  • i m also interested in how much the project costed from the beginning (including the donor)

    great vid please reply, rich

  • how much money did you pit into that car.nice job!!!!!!!!

  • holy shit, nice car

  • I don't even typically comment on videos, but that thing's no joke, man, very well done!

  • there are a bunch of videos of it running and driving....take a look

  • show it go dude that thing must fly

  • love it !! My first car was a 71 260. My husband thinks im crazy but i would love another one! beautiful work

  • That's one hell of a body job... God of the glass, dude.

  • man, wat a nice car, but wat kind of engine is in it?

  • the engine is from an 83 280ZX bored 040 over flat top pistons

high compression maxima new head with large stainless steel valves and performance camshaft kit

runs a holley 4 barrel carb and MSD ignition'

11 to 1 compression and runs on race fuel

  • did you dyno it? if so, how much does it produce?

  • what took the longest time to finnish, was it the rear end ?

  • thanks guys.... i am very pleased with how it all came together. the front end took the longest. it was not from a kit , but a one of a kind and we hand made it

  • wow what an amazing car. front end is cool, rear end even cooler. interior is very nice. great work!

  • Man, Im soon to be in possession of a 1971 240z and look to work on that but I can tell you now out of all the custom jobs Ive ever seen, this is the most psycho mofo of a job ever, many ups to you man, what a job, my god.

  • did you make the dash yourself?

  • that is a dash made by john washington, but i customized it for my application as far as the molded in aluminum inset and gauges.

  • wat a car....

  • this is the most badass thing i have ever seen. great job

  • B E A U tiful. wow. Nice job. Very sexy and original. Whats the weight?

  • I'm not gonna lie I almost wet myself when I saw this video. And your son has very good taste I've always loved the whale tails myself.
