@adda89 What? They are actually better when they play in a smaller venue.
I saw Mike with Sam Yaffa just last week at rock city nottingham (their second home in the UK, right?), and this is the best place I have ever seen them. Mike can do well with a large or a small crowd, sure, but their punk edge makes them perfect for a small crowd where it is more intimate.
I understand they DESERVE to have huge sell-out crowds like this, and its a shame that such crappy overrated bands like gnr got them
haha it's okay :) Actually 10 months ago when I wrote that comment I hadn't seen a clip of Lightning Bar live before, only heard it on live CD's and seen it by myself live. I'm not sure but I think LBB is on the Nottingham Tapes, that is a great DVD, one of my favourites :)
posta man, igual sabes lo que hubiese dado por ver al menos a mmonroe y a andy en vivo? dios que buena banda y que tan poco reconocimiento mundial que tubieron, no dejan de sonar en mi ekipo NUNCA.
Right, very nice summer festival feeling! Mike is like David Lee Roth´s little (smarter) brother! To be enjoyed before going out to party or anywhere!

They've never played these in the UK, in all the 20 times I saw them live over here. How come other countries get all the good stuff? *sobs quietly*

they always need crowds this huge.
the biggest disgrace is guns n roses got stadiums. and they ripped off hanoi rocks more than anyone else since.

they dont NEED crowds this huge.
i saw them at rock city a couple times in nottingham. great shows, awesome atmosphere, and he REALLY seems to love playing clubs like that.
not saying this is bad, its friggin awesome, but they are just as good in small club venues (sometimes better)
