I opened at around 150 feet, facing power lines, a tree, and the river (which would have killed me). My arm wing zipper got stuck, so I couldn't reach the steering toggles and forced the canopy to turn to miss the obstacles by crawling up the front riser, accelerating the speed, and smashed into a pile of rocks and stumps. The bas decision was to fly myself into a situation where I didn't have the time or room to deal with even a simple problem.
