It's slowfall, a mage spell you learn early on that slows falling so you take no damage xD You can also get the effect from certain items (Noggenflogger etc) - It's useful in AB to get from Lumbermill to BS xD.

Since theres new spells in Wrath, if you spec for it, two crits of scorch or fireball in a row allow you to cast pyroblast instantly.
