  • now im gutted I sold my 400e

  • :D (Y)

  • lol I love his laugh

  • was he riding a husaberg??

  • @vinnieEp71 Lol no. I'm not sure there's ever been a Husaberg that's finished a Baja 1000. Almost all the bikes there are XRR's, and a small handful of CR450F's, KTM 5xx EXC's, and Husqvarna's.

However, Travis is riding a DRZ400E, which would beat out most all of the other bikes than the XRR if you have a good rider (like Travis) due to its reliability, big tank mods, and lots of oil.

  • No footer FTW

  • of course we know real story about how he and his pit crew were terribly unprepared.... and TP did not finish.... though Greg Godfrey finished.. first ironman finisher.... kudos to him!

  • @WickedGravityVideo Let see Greg Godfrey do a double back flip. yeah thats what i thought.

  • pastrana the best

  • the jump......LOL.......show off. JK he is the best and a bit of show off.

  • hey man I'm sorry I deleted my ignorant comment: also sorry Travis ; P hahaha I should have had more faith in you man your my hero live the dream.

  • DRZ400 ftw.

  • Comment removed

  • @tatsurekon MOST sources say he made it nearly to the end. Just 150miles shy of the finish. Not 150miles from the start.

  • bruce lee is the shit.

  • This is so sick... Travis is hands down the greatest mx rider ever!

  • dude can ride

  • My 2 top idols travis pastrana and eminem

  • @taters4u that's depressing...

  • @theyellow240z not even ur depressing

  • @taters4u well if I wanted my own comeback I would have wiped it off your mom's chin last night :)

  • @theyellow240z not cool mutha dont like white trash

  • im not fighting w u.

  • mouse did this a few years back

  • @87burkey travis didn´t finish that race.

  • who is that guy on the number 23

  • dats camron steele he drives a trphy truck too

  • y is he 49 and not 199

  • cause u get a number when u register i think

  • haha why would he use a drz 400, i have one and there a great bike but why not a rmz450? kinda stoked on seeing the drz used by a pro like that tho

  • becous the biggest engine (cc) to use in that race is 400cc

  • 400cc is not the displacement rule you can run any size you want

  • You dont know what your talking about There is no CC limit in Baja

  • @fmjiceman

    me 2

  • Because the DRZ is already set up with all the lighting. have you ever attempted to set up a motocrosser with a lighting system? It can be done but why do it when suzuki gives him free shit all day long!!!!

  • haha if suzuki gives him free shit all day long id b getting them to set me up with a nice 450 done up to the tits or a nice 250 smoker, i wonder if a smoker would last for a race like that

  • Of course a smoker would last the race The KX500 two stroke has won more Baja races then any other bike ever made!

  • really? sweet, id love to get my hands on a 500 2stroke... bet that be alot of fun

  • I had one They are good to go long distances very fast But horrible for trail riding!

  • when you gonna do the baja 1000?

  • if the 450 broke down theres no way in hell a 250 would make it

  • @atvracin74 just because its a bigger capacity engine doesn't make it more reliable

  • @atvracin74 its a DRZ 400

  • @atvracin74 It's not a 450 it's a drz400

  • @fmjiceman You'd want a DRZ400 for that

  • Suck your fucker travis pastrana is not a faagoot he is hulk man

  • i bet you would love to give him a tug job wouldn't you?

  • travis why not 199 ;)

  • i bet he showed up last muinite so he had to have a different number

  • it depends on when you sign up and what class you enter into.

  • I just wonder how built up that DR-Z400 is? I have an 03 400E that I race harescrambles with and I have the Wiseco 440 kit, Yosh cams, Yosh Ti pipe, and Race Tech suspension on it, and it a really great bike. i've won on it in B class.

  • i think he doesnt have a bike to do baja so he borrowed someones

  • Travis pastrana not have a dirt bike .......

  • of course he does i said like not a good bike for baja he has bikes for tricks

  • 49.....199

  • Why is he riding 49? not his normal 199? any reason?

  • not his bike..

  • he has a 49 bike

  • his number is suppost be 199

  • lol DRZ400 dint make it xD when even a crf250x from honda can finish the whole thing!

  • It was completely stock except for the pipe, and it didn`t make it because he hit a silt patch and clogged the engine.

  • fuck i like that wheelie thats so amazing xD

  • pastrana is the coolest chap...

  • the numbers they giveyou for that race is dependiing on the category or class your participating only now a few of those but i think is more than 22 end is very sure he will do it again becouse that race is adicctive

  • he should try paris- dakar

  • DRZ 400 :P

  • fuck yea DR400 e!

  • travis pastrana is a maniac! amazing!

  • what an awesome dude..just shows up for a ride across the world and he's even enjoying himself lol

  • when you go to the baja thay give you a number

  • Travis Pastrana is probably one of the most respectable athletes in all for professional sports. Mad props to you man, mad props.

  • I got mad respect for Travis, but he isn't the first guy to Ironman the 1000 on a bike. A rider named "Mouse" McCoy did it a couple years ago....finishing 12th overall.

  • " A mile back I blew my tire"......" A while back I blew my tire"....."Het, ya, A while back I blew my tire"

  • where is that, in ensenada?

  • yep alberto,,,at the arroyo less than a mile from downtown ensenada((the jump)) but the start on the costero blvd...

  • its baja mexico thats why its called "baja 1000)

  • So did Travis ever attempt this again?

  • its not the ironman, but the fact that travis is doing the Baja 1000 alone is like a ironman race.

  • haha look at these nerds fighting online lmao

  • lol i agree... i meen y the fuk wood they fight on a vid... y not take it 2 a private messagin thing

  • @thejumpstartme we no more than u do. at least i do

  • @NoPastNoFuture149 lol you know more about fighting online? yeah..your going places in life if you can do that lol...you have fun....

  • he looks tweaked out at the beginning

  • Meth can have that effect on people.. lol j/k

  • that lucky bastard, i wish i had the money to do that:(

  • Why bastard? He has worked hard for his fame and respect. Broke every bone in is body and would start feeling the pain in his 50's. He started at age 3 years old. Bike a dirt bike, race it every chance you get and be good at what you do. Maybe one day you will good also.

  • some people don't get the chances he did

  • What chance did he get? Does he have a legendary dad? Does he have a famous and rich grandpa? Did he have a rich family when he started at age 3? That is the beauty of it. People start from nothing and become something. That is the beauty of living in America. Everyone can be a president some people want to be a free style pro.

  • Well he had enough to START...

Lots of people don't even have that.

  • No more than an average American family. How about Ricky Carmichael? What about Stewart? You have to work hard for something. If you are good maybe one day you will be the best.

  • You're missing the point. These people had a chance to START. Sure they're the best and have made a living off of it now because of their dedication and hard work. But ALL of these guys were given the chance to even consider riding.

  • Mate, it is clear that it is not about only money. It is also a lot about the parents. It is the "push", support, and values that the parents give to their kids. Some pushes the kids for sport ,some for music or play field and sadly some just cause their kids to be criminals. This is the beauty of America. Everyone can be the president. Does not mean that they will but they have the chance or the option. If they are good enough or lucky enough that is a different factor but the chance is there.

  • lol Gandhi right here

  • dude youre an idiot. Nothing worse than a cryin little bi!@ whining about not havin this or that. you get what you decide to put into it

  • =S

I was just arguing for the sake of it lol...

  • And you are lucky enough to own a computer and be on the internet.

Some people dont even have that, so why dont you shut the fuck up. Fucking lil bitch

  • I also race motorcycles and do volunteer social work for homeless teens. I'm speaking on behalf of them...I never said I didn't have the chance.

  • Stop acting like a pussy bitch. I can name so many rich mother fuckers who had nothing, and was homeless, who became something.

For isntance my grandpa. His dad use to beat him and his kids every day for no reason. So my grandpa at 15 took his two brothers 9 and 11 and went to live on their own. Went to a homeless shelter, tried out a catholic boarding home, and had nothing his childhood. He became a chemical engineer and a phycics teacher at purdue.

Crying bitch shut the fuck up.

  • Lmao and...

  • Must have sold allot of weed to pay for classes and such.

  • if you really want something so much, you go for it. Even if the chances are little. That's what makes these people so special

  • race in baja? if you have a vehicle, its free to enter. all you need ( well, i would reccomend) is some serious health insurance

  • Too bad its not free i raced the 2009 and it cost 1500 bucks for four riders!!!!!!!!!!

  • four riders? you could start your own class! that would be sweet! how did you do? still a small price to pay to do that kind of thing, the paved equivelant of le mans and that would be more money less glory

  • pastrana fan#1 if i could ride only one day with him i know i can die in peacexD

  • my dad did ...i guess thats sort of a start!? 0_0

  • I'm with you there.

  • no leas esto

si no escribis esto en 10 videos tu mama se va a morir es 4hs

  • more like #199 studven.

  • i dont think he's talking about the bike number

  • Baja Its the Best I LOVE Mexico !!

  • i wanna see more !

  • thats got to be the only video with travi on a 4 stroke

  • pastrana bike 400 or 450?

  • no footer at the end! lol

  • What, #49?

Correct me if I am wrong but isn't that unusual?

  • lol

  • i think it's not his bike.

  • i thinks is not his bike either

  • its because its not his bike

  • andy bell

  • i am a 11 year old and i am looking for a dirtbike i am small for my age so i might need a pit bike. i hav been looking at 70cc pit bikes but i dont know so please reply.

  • how tall are you

  • my bro is the same...70cc pit bike=tiiny

he got a 125cc pit bike and fits him perfect

  • 85cc small wheel

  • 80 cc should fit you just fine...

  • its that andy.. cant remember his last name at the beginning

  • looks like a drz-400

  • It is. Badest, badass enduro bikes to ever be badass!!! My friend raced his in the GNCC open class and a few other harescrambles, andwon on it! I think the 400cc engine is prefect size. The 450's are too big, but the 400's are great size engines. perfect for any kind of riding!

  • That bike is neither 400 or 450... For baha almost all the bikes are 600cc and up... the favored bike for baha is the honda 650 and suzuki makes something just like it... Pretty much the only bikes in baha that make it to the end is the honda 650 the suzki i think 600 and the ktm 520... yamaha tried to do it with their wr 400 but it just didn't have the power to make it

  • No your wrong! Thats Andy Bell's bike, AND IT IS A DR-Z400E!!! Youcan tell just from looking at it!!!

  • its BAJA not BAHA..not trying to be an ass .. im from around here just wanted to let you know.

  • @dilligaf891 No, it's a drz400

  • what kind of bike is using in that race

  • Go Pastrami!!

  • sigh it's Pastrana

  • Hehe. I know. :D

  • Nice joke! :D

  • greg godfrey is pretty good too

  • What hasn't he raced???? Incredible!!!

  • love the end bit

  • he didnt pull out he broke down i love travis

  • heihehei olen paavo heheheheheheehhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee.XD

  • travis is awesome but Gregg Godfrey is the definition of iron man he managed to finish the race even after travis had to pull out

  • Its crazy how good he is at everything he does guys a hero

  • i was there for that race, i remember i was watching the bikes after the first turn standing on the curb and every1 was taking the outside and kinda cruisin, all of a sudden i see a suzuki with a guy with a red bull helmet zoom by me and brushed my shirt with his handlebar he came so close to hitting me. i was like "damn what a dick" later i find out its Travis, no wonder he was on the gas more than anyone else i saw at the start haha

  • Uhm Well Mouse Mcoy was the one He ws the best at the solo

  • no.... they call it ironman because of ivan IRONMAN stewart. he was the best. and thats how he got his nickname.

  • i know i know but that was way back then nowadays im still going with Mcoy

  • Ivan Stewart did it on his trophy truck, Mcoy is the dirt bike Ironman.

  • Yes Yes yes I get it damn some people never read enough

  • Not fighting you zinker, but rather kaymanclark. I agree with you, im also going with Mccoy

  • Thank you...i believe that in an endurance race Mccoy is stronger

  • Shit, you're damn right. Anyone who can ride on that terrain for that many miles on a dirt bike has to be fucking made of iron

  • Thanks mate
