  • what problems are you having now??

that rad, and the routing of the lines will give you an extremely hottt motor.

  • @spookay18 Time is my only problem, I have none, so no updates. That rad and the lines are tried and proven as working just fine for a CR500 conversion. There may be other alternatives, but this config works fine. Look it up.

  • I like the cr500 project ! Can't wait for an update ! Been lookin at some other vids ... Pretty cool

  • nice

  • can we expect an update soon?

  • @nick3209 yep :)

  • nice ending :D

  • hey mate, havnt heard from you in a while? you still alive or did the ol' ball and chain turn into an actual ball and chain :P

Our projects are actaully comming along at a similar rate..

Im hopeing to fire the KTMito 380 supermono road racer up for the first time in just over a week.

Keep your eyes open for a video comming soon :)

    much progress since October?

  • @KTMito380 I picked up a radiator really cheap, other than that I haven't hardly touched it. The damn thing is buried under her laundry and other crap in the garage again. Pfffffffffffft! I gotta get caught up on some of the other stuff on your channel, too!

  • a fella over here called Allen Millyard joins engines together. just think, a 1500 cee cee two stroke triple. bet you can't keep a straight face!!!

  • @MattLundFTW Yummy! There is an american fellow that built a 2-liter 4-cylinder CR500 engine to power some kind of hovercraft backpack apparatus. You can find a video of it here on Youtube.

  • @MattLundFTW Oh, and one of Millyard's 5-cylinder Kawasaki H1s is in the Barber Museum here in Alabama. ;)

  • keep it coming, if it's worth doing may as well take your time and do it right. this is gonna be a corker!

  • @MattLundFTW Correct! I also like saving money so I wait for good deals on parts, lol! :) Thanks for the comment! :-D

  • Aw man her hollering at you to get your parts out the kitchen gave me goose bumps an a cold shiver down my spine cause I thought it was my mom hollering at me! I actualt went back and played that part again just to be sure lol!! I have a 87 Suzuki LT250R Quad Racer tore down in my room that I'm restoring and she likes yellin at me about my parts lol. Good luck ma man!!

  • @cj15941 Hahahaha! Thanks! :)

  • Isn't it done yet ?

Well no it'll never be done, where you going to find some black market plutonium to get the flux capacitor going now that Libya has been liberated ?

Anyway I've subbed just in case.....

  • @Coppertunes We'll use a lightning hit instead.

  • I wanted to do this as a super single track toy. There must have been 10 different guy say the same thing, "well, they are a 2 stroke so no engine braking." ha, so i replied that is why there are a brake on each wheel! What you have going is great, can't wait to see the progression continue!

  • ive been watching for weeks, months, maybe a year now salivating at the mouth.... when will you start that thing?

  • @95ZR580 I've got everything I need to start it except the time to assemble it. Soon, however, very soon.

  • @duckmancycles is it done yet?

  • @dmoore135 Check out part 12! :)

  • hey sounds like someone I know!

  • @dangledog :-D

  • So many retards on here tell you shit, fuck them, just do yer own thing man and make it work :)

  • @gunmanscotland Yep, thats about my summary of the situation! :)

  • your 125 radiator will not cool correctly for a cr500 motor

  • @tyz199 FALSE! Even Service Honda was building their CR500AFs with CR125 parts. That same year 125 rad has the same capacity as the 250 in this case, just the lower bolt holes don't line up and the lower spout is in a different direction. Even the CR500 rads had the same capacity. The CR125 rad has been used successfully for conversions since 1998 and the 250 since '97. So unless you're doing something hardcore, it'll be fine, but even the stock CR500 radiators aren't enough if you're dumb.

  • does the 125 radiator have enough cooling power?I believe that it will since you are putting it on there but I was wondering if you had to mod it or something else to keep it cool?

  • @pimpss88 I was concerned about that too, but the 125 radiator is actually the same as its 250 counterpart for the same year and both have been used for 500 conversions without problems at all. The only overheating I might worry about is if I am stopped in traffic, but in that case I can always cut the engine.

  • lmao

  • Now that you have a woman in the house, you can just fuck the bike..

  • @Colaslaskk I may just do exactly that if she deprives me long enough.

  • nice bike man! sub'd new update soon?

  • @Holtsdalenfilms In the next coming weeks, lots on my plate right now! Thanks for the subby, keep watchin!

  • Question: What do you think this bike will do better than any other bike? Besides be cool as heck.

  • @MrDarinWarren Freak people out! Thats what it will do best!

  • That radiator looks like it's off a 98 CR250?

  • @MrDarinWarren Nope, its from a 99 CR125, pretty close though, they are very similar.

  • Part 15 please :-D

  • @jaydaintith Hopefully very soon! Woman eats up ALLLLLLLLLLL my time! LOL! Seriously!

  • @DuckmanCycles Haha.... fortunately for me mine loves bikes... got a nice old kx 250 to work on over the winter, shes just as enthusiastic as me about it.!! GIve ya missus a spanner and tell her to get stuck in ;-) lol.. gunna sub, can't wait to hear it run!! :-D

  • Excellent. very inspiring! subscribed

  • @Geoff7YEA Thanks dude! HOpefully more to come very shortly!

  • Great work coming up with the radiator, , outlet worked out great for yah too. Riviting mate, Im waiting to see it run. Just goes to show you, never believe what anyone says, and believe only half of what you see!

BTW: Did you say you moved your mother in with you bro!! Good luck with that duckman. ; )

  • @in2cycles LOL! NOPE! I moved my girlfriend in with me. Its worse than my mother, LOL! I hope this thing runs soon, hopefully tomorrow, we'll see if I find the time. :-D

  • Dude thats awsome! keep us all updated!

  • @tacovilla123 Thanks man! :) New video follow-up soon!

  • Will a 125 rad cool a 250 well enough?

  • @Muscleduck That was a concern of mine too, but I discovered the radiator is the same on the CR125 and CR250 of that year, the only difference is the mounting points and outlet spout. It should work fine. :)

  • Tell her motorcycle parts belong in the kitchen Bro, come on put your foot down with a firm hand ahahah H&R

  • @DibbersPage I just put her head in the sink while shes washing the dishes. The side effect is she gets up on her toes and bends over... =-D

  • looking good!

  • @gpzDave Yayyy! Thanks! More to come!

  • A women..... you ducked up! lol

  • @BF703 haha, its more like I got ducked over.

  • @DuckmanCycles lol keep it coming duck king good stuff

  • turning out great man, looks a little weird with the swing arm being so long but hey if it works and rides good, more power to ya

  • @This0is0pointless The swingarm is long because the frame is short. When the accessories are installed properly it won't look quite so offset.

  • ok now start it!!

  • @greggo93 Brrriiiiiiiing ba-ding-ding!

  • Comment removed

  • Rispondi a questo video... and then.......brraaaaap

  • @greggo93 BRAAAAAAAAP! :-D

  • @terence20001 Mmmm yep! I think that it should work out just fine, just gotta find my lost hoses and fittings in the garage now, lol
