This game definitely looks good. The only thing is, is that they REALLY need to fix the running and combat mechanics. Not what you have to do during those times, just the fact that when running around, running around in combat, and attacking...it all looks way to stiff, unrealistic, and plainly unnatural. Other than that, it looks fun!

you do have to pay for both games

DFO 10 euro a month and wow 27 euro per 2 month so wow is €3,50 more expensive each month

so on a year base thats €42,- more expensive :P

1) This is a trailer from 2007.

2) Adventurine has never given a release date until now.

3) This first release date is 22.01.2008.

4) All people interested in this type of game are hoping Adventurine will do it right and show how a real company should do it. ;)

Unfortunately I can see Darkfall showing the corporate world how sandbox mmo can be popular, and big companies like blizzard can capitalize on them.

I can see Darkfall predating/changing a big mmo shift.. but I don't see them being the biggest sandbox ever. Maybe for a time, but after a couple year's they'll be passed.
