  • I work at Strong Museum, have for only less than a year and even for people old enough to drive, vote, and drink, u will love the strong museum. U can relive childhood and u are allowed to be a kid, which is so little emphasized when u get older. I love working there and hope many people can come

  • If you have kids under 6 and live anywhere close to Rochester NY, you HAVE TO GO to the Strong Museum. It is a world class children's museum with so much to do it's amazing. You will need at LEAST 5 hours to visit. From Toronto, it's about a 3 1/2 hour drive and worth every minute getting there. (I'm not affiliated with the museum in anyway, just a parent who was so impressed with this place I had to tell others).

  • Hi. This is Suzanne from Strong National Museum of Play. I wanted you to know that the museum will be open each day while you are in town, with the exception of Christmas Day. We hope you choose to stop by. Happy Holidays!

  • sounds like an amazing and wonderful place for children (or children at heart)!

  • In the local library they have nooks with themes that change every few weeks, with pertinent books that you can grab off the display that's caught your eye. Doesn't have to be one target age group or audience :)

  • Rochester is my home town, Scott (though I've lived in L.A. since 1992). I'll be visiting family next week for the holidays and I'm thinking of hitting the Strong while I'm there.

  • Alas, I just visited the site and I see that they will be closed the entire time I'm in town... Sigh...
