hey dudes, where should i put my cold air intake on my 04 ion? i found a decent spot next to the opening where the battery should be. (on any regular car). or should i put it where the air flow tube feeds the actual box. i think im gonna have to use elbows and 6 inch pieces because i cant find any intake systems close to where i live

I have the same car, it will burnout like that stock. They are pretty impressive little cars for such low HP numbers. Mine tops out at 115 (pretty quickly), no governor just geared so low. I think it burns out so easy because of the gearing being so low. I have a supra too, it has much longer gears.

Holy shit dude. Did you have bald tires on there or somethin? Good trick though. I put mine in reverse too since the e-brake holds it in place much better, but I never burned that much.
