Having received a couple of replies to my origional comments, I feel I have to reply.

I am no fool or have not missed the point.

All our lives and those of our loved ones have been enhanced medically by the experimentation of drugs for our benefit on animals.

The treatments for cancer, lukiemia and alzheimers all rely on animal experimentation.

My point is this...

Would all you animal rights protestors refuse treatment for these conditions...?

Or would you become hypocrits...?

I just hope that all the people on this video don't suffer from cancer, alzheimers, lukiemia in the future.

If they do, I presume that they won't accept any medical treatment for thier condition that has resulted from animal research.

Especially the gentleman at the end of the video who is puffing away on a cigerette, giving himself lung cancer.

To accept any medical treatment for these life threatening illnesses would be hypocritical, surely?

Especially when animals have died.

Incredibly touching - thank you for sharing that. I was there on the day and i have to say that the support to close down HLS is as strong as ever. How ANYONE who works at HLS and I mean ANYONE, can go to sleep at night, I will never understand. I think they must be immortal, because no living, feeling, emotive, sane and good person could do what they do to another sentient being, inside HLS. Thank you Heather for sacrificiing so much and for staying so strong.
