yes, first time I noticed he's holding her head because this is the first time i've seen it without it whiting out or fading, I always suspected it though because everytime i've seen them do it(since RE1) I always wondered why the head just disappeared and you couldn't see it drop to the floor or something, now i've confirmed it, he does hold on to it, prolly to eat it later.
