Slash shouldn't play any of guns stuff.Especially how most of the lyrics are written about axl by axl and the music is mostly written by izzy.

@JohnBurninate It was Billy Idol wo requested to play this song.... And at his gigs with Myles he has only been playing the GnR songs where he was the main composer of the music... Slash has written almost every single GnR solo does that not count for anything? If slash shouldnt be allowed to play GnR then Axls crap band shouldnt be allowed to impersonate slashs solos.... It is a common misunderstanding to think Izzy wrote all the music...

@MrAndreSChr Common misunderstanding?I guess the old gnr had the same misunderstanding then.Alot of the times gnr improv their solos nowadays.He wasn't the main composer or sweet child or nightrain or civil war for that matter.The base of most songs were written by izzy.Check your old albums and interviews.

@lessmann009 Thank you. Yeah, I was VERY lucky. I found out about this concert just 2 weeks before it. I found out about it through facebook. You should become his "fan" on facebook. He posts daily updates on his upcoming album and tours. He also does this through his myspace page :)

You are very welcome :) I haven't gone to a concert like this for years! And this was particularly one of the best because it was held in a small venue (compared to a big stadium). So even the people in the back were able to see just fine. I'm hoping they'll have a few concerts like this in the future.

Old Gun's pretty much had one perfect album called Appetite For Destruction and pretty much went down hill after that, as they never really made an album that succeeded Appetite well...Use Your Illusion was more of an Axl type of album, grand production...but missing most of the rough punk metal that made them so amazing in the first place. But, to each his own.

I agree with you about Appetite For Destruction. Use Your Illusion was not that famous as AFD was, but still good songs, lyrics and solos from Slash.

Billy Idol is one of those gay rocker's style, who, for me, have no skills for rocking on stage. Same way for Scott Weiland. Axl is a real tought guy with powerfull range voice and attitude!
